Info_Section // A

• ***UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES***: No unedited photos will be distributed immediately after a shoot. Non-negotiable. ***I will not walk around with a PC to do a transfer & or will release unedited images I shoot, especially for TFP. Do not ask you will get a resounding NO.***
• All models must signed & have a copy of model release form. This is for your benefit as well as my own. Any agreements signed will be honored (IE: Personal work not to be shared etc.)
• 50% of payment must be received after initial shoot is completed. Final work will be delivered upon receiving of final payment on CD/DVD and or Online. (Average 1-2 week turn around.)

• RATES: Please refer to the next series of “Sections //” below for packages regarding individual model charges and what each package gives you per your purchase.
• Return Date: Photos will be given within 1-2 weeks time frame or sooner. Should there be any delays due to workload, you will be notified immediately with an earliest due date possible.

Section // 3 – $250.00* // 3-4hrs max*

• 50-75 Photos
• 4 Outfits Max (may require more than one day*)

• 75-100 Photos

Notes:

• *2 shooting days max, additional days after 25$ per additional day (max 2 days extra 2/hrs each).
• *I am flexible. Realistically anything can delay a shoot or need more time for whatever reason, ie weather etc., will work within reasonable circumstances. Every issue is treated on a case by case basis and every attempt at being fair will be made on my part.
• *Can be spread over the course of a few days, or a week or 2 depending on both our work loads and or availability. Case by case basis.

PLEASE NOTE: Images will be delivered either by email or on CD approximately 1-2 weeks after the shoot, unless my workload is high, in which case I will inform you and give a realistic time-frame.

***NO CALL & NO SHOW POLICY: We all are adults, and we all have work to do and bills to pay. However, if you have fore warning of a reason to not show to a scheduled shoot, atleast 12-24hrs minimum notice is plenty satisfactory to reschedule a shoot. However, the morning of (ie. unless sick or family emergency), or right at time of scheduled shoot, will forfit any deposit if paid upfront. We will reschedule one time only should you need to cancel suddenly, and will not be recharged. However, time wasted cannot be repaid. If you reschedule again and cancel (2nd time), all deposits are forfitted for time wasted.***

***If nothing paid then no harm done, however, do not expect a rescheduling for no-calls & no-shows.***

***Multiple no calls & no shows will result in zero business with any client.***
